Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the buyer communicates and ships item(s) within 7 days of receiving them. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any damages that occur from the return that aren't noted in the initial message. If any items cannot be fulfilled in an order, I will email the buyer to ask if they'd like a replacement or refund on the missing item(s). If no response is received within 24 hours, I reserve the right to refund the missing item(s) and fulfill the rest of the order. If an item is insured then refunds are allowed on damaged items. If an item is not insured and marked as delivered then I bear no responsibility for what happens after it leaves the carrier's hands. If I send the wrong item, please get in touch with me within 7 days and provide a photo. If it is my mistake then I will be sure to make it right.
